Chiharu Tsubameya may seem like a girl who's cool and calm. But, she's actually… a huge Nokotan stan!

Chiharu Tsubameya (燕谷 千春, Tsubameya Chiharu) is a second-year student and is the treasurer of the student council at Hino Minami High School.
She is one of the supporting characters of Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan who made a non-speaking cameo in Chapter 19 of the manga and "Bashame Enrolls" of the anime.
She makes her official debut in Chapter 20 of the manga and "The Deer Club in the Crosshairs" of the anime, alongside the other two student council officers.

Tsubameya has a short bobcat hairstyle with one side being longer due to the other having a hair clip. She has dead yellow eyes and traditional sailor uniform with a lime green scarf.
Personality[]
She has a laid back and calm personality. So laid back, that it is extremely difficult to figure out what she is thinking. She is known to give glares and almost completely ignore what others are offering or saying to her. All except for Shikanoko of which she treasures and loves any small gift or attention from. (I.E: Grass that Nokotan gave her)

- Her design is reminsicent of Ichigo from the anime series, DARLING in the FRANXX.
- Her surname, Tsubameya, is the Japanese term for the swallow bird, it is also what her brother's cafe is named after.
- Her first name, Chiharu, means "thousand" or "sunny/spring or wisdom" in Japanese. The term "wisdom" befitting her status as a member of the student council.
- Her surname meaning swallow bird follows the animal-naming convention of the members of the student council as well as those of the Deer Club.
- In "The Deer Club in the Crosshairs", Chiharu reveals that Kinu was the one who invited her to join the student council together.
- In "Summer Deer Festival", it is revealed that Chiharu and Kinu are childhood friends.
- In the same episode, the deer antler Noko and Koshi sells on Mercari is later purchased by Chiharu, under the alias Genjima-san.
- One of the posts promoting "Goodbye Old Deer, Hello New Deer" on the show's official Twitter is an exclusive picture of the three other student council members dressed as shrine maidens.[1]
