Mitsu Inukai ( 犬養ミツ Inukai Mitsu) is the elderly head priestess of the Deer God Shrine at Hino City.
She is a minor character who made a cameo in Chapter 4 and her official debut in Chapter 12 of the manga.
In the anime, she makes a cameo in "Grab Her Weakness!", and her official debut in "Goodbye Old Deer, Hello New Deer".

- She shares her seiyuu, Kikuko Inoue, with Ms. Ukai, while sharing her English dub voice actor, Shakyra Dunn, with the unnamed gangster leader that faced against Koshi in "Grab Her Weakness!".
- Additionally, both the gang leader and Inukai herself debuted in the same aforementioned episode.
